I need help on how to set up selling in a California Santa Clara Farmers Markets?
First of all this is something i’ve been wanting to do for awhile. I basically make my own chocolate chip cookies and chocolate dipped strawberries. What I need to know is how to get all the permits and who I need to contact, what the fee’s are?
This is all i know I need:
..copy of county environment health permit food processor registration.
..copy of vehicle vending permit from health deparment of county selling and
..copy of product liability insurance policy..
Where do I find this info and who do i contact?
go to santaclaraca.gov , and in the city of santa clara
home page , click on community then click permit center ,
all informations you need are three , good luck on your business
